3、 How to use the product
1. Remove the slag on the surface of molten iron in medium frequency furnace.
Before the molten iron is discharged from the furnace, appropriate amount of this product shall be sprinkled on the surface of molten iron, and the amount shall be subject to the formation of a certain thickness of complete expanded slag layer on the metal surface. The slag layer shall be removed with a steel drill to remove the slag on the surface of molten iron

2. It is used for slag collection and skimming in the ladle
After the ladle is filled with hot metal, sprinkle an appropriate amount of the product on the surface of the hot metal quickly. The appropriate amount is to form a certain thickness of complete expanded slag layer on the surface of the hot metal. Remove the slag layer with slag raking rake or steel drill.
3. It is used for heat preservation and pouring in ladle. The slag can be quickly skimmed into a layer of this product on the surface of the molten iron. The amount of this product is subject to forming a complete expanded layer on the surface of the molten iron. The good effect of heat preservation and slag collection can be achieved by transferring the heat preservation layer to the ladle for pouring.
